Oiling Accessories
Fits all Olds engines, small and big block. Our valley tray is designed to keep hot oil off the bottom of the intake manifold, allowing the manifold to stay much cooler for efficient performance. Will fit all stock cast iron and aluminum manifolds (except Toronado).(Small blocks must be drilled and tapped to accept this valley tray.)
A 3/8″ pipe plug with a .040 oil hole in it to replace the stock left rear oil galley plug. If your oil galley plug does not have a .040 hole in it, you may experience excessive distributor gear and camshaft distributor gear wear. This plug is located behind the 29/32″ freeze plug on the left rear side of the camshaft plug in the bell housing area. If left out, you could experience a serious drop in oil pressure. Sold each.
Billet oil filter adapter. Fits all 330-350-403-400-425-455; eliminates all leaking problems, removes bypass. Comes with gasket. Does not include bolts.
This kit prevents the gasket from pushing out and maintains good seal. Fits all 1964 to 1990 Olds V8 engines. Includes 18 studs, nuts and washers.
Chrome moly heat-treated steel driveshaft for oil pump and distributor.
This kit assures perfect sealing of oil pump to main cap. Includes chrome moly studs, nuts, and washers.
High pressure oil pump spring with alignment cup and cotter key. Raises oil pressure.
Lifter galley oil restrictor kit. A must for all mechanical and mechanical roller tappet camshafts. The lifter bore oiling holes must be drilled and tapped to accept these new restrictors. The kit includes: drill, tap, Loctite, restrictors and instructions. Must be installed before engine is built.
Main bearing oil gallery restrictor kit, reduces oil supply to the top end of engine. Kit contains a set of 4 restrictors for No. 1, 2, 3, 4 main housing bore oil holes leading to the cam bearings. Install restrictors with a 3/8″ drift punch, knurling provides an interference fit, use with loctite. Will not work with 403 engines, use R-105.

Oil pan baffle eliminates most of the oil climbing up and sloshing around the rear of the oil pan. This baffle keeps oil off of the crankshaft counterweights and rods. The baffle fits between the oil pump and rear main cap. A must for hard acceleration and oil control. Fits all Olds V8 1964-1990.
.090″ highly compressible material seals well, block side has self adhesive. Fits all Olds V8 engines.
Ultimate no-leak oil pan gasket set. These gaskets will not push out or crush. This is a steel shim laminated with cork on both sides and is extremely durable. We use this gasket on all of our Mondello engines.
New Chrome dipstick indicator and tube for all Olds V8’s 1964-1990. Some bending may be required for a perfect fit.
