Head Gaskets (Sold in pairs)
Made from flat material and must be used with O-ringed heads or block. Recommended for use with very high compression and nitrous oxide engines. Use DC-86 Silicone and Mondello head studs or bolts for best results. A receiver groove in the cylinder head is recommended for compression ratios over 12.5:1 or 300+ hp of nitrous oxide.Specify net bore and thickness in ‘Comments’ field on the bottom of the order form. (This is a ‘Special Order’ item and cannot be returned.)
.040″ thick compressed head gaskets. Fits up to a 4.250″ bore. Excellent for marine use.
Dual face 1010 tin plated carbon steel graphite composition head gasket that will fit up to a 4.220″ net bore. The compressed thickness is .038″, 1/2″ head bolts or studs will fit fine. This gasket will work with up to 13:1 compression with an O-rung block (.041″ wire +.010″ – .012″ above the deck surface). Do not use gasket sealer. Recommended for use with Aluminum Cylinder heads and other engine applications, especially when experiencing head gasket problems.
Same as PT-510, except this fits 1977-1980 Olds 350 engines.
Steel core Grafoil® facing, “Pozi-Seal” Beading, silicone coating and stainless steel fire ring head gaskets. The I.D. bore of the gasket is 4.260″ and is .051″ thick and contains 11.9 cc’s. This gasket is a must if you want to lower your compression ratio a little bit or to obtain a little more deck clearance. Recommended for use with Aluminum Cylinder heads.
